Flowers and perishable items are delicate and time-sensitive; therefore, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances.
Order Accuracy
We request customers to carefully review all order details (product selection, delivery address, contact number, and delivery date) before confirming their purchase. Fresh Blossoms is not responsible for errors made by customers during order placement.
Order Cancellation
Once an order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
